Birendra Nath Mishra or B N Mishra, as he was popularly known, was born on 10th August 1952 in Deoghar. He did his Graduation in Electrical Engineering from BIT Sindri. He was working in DGMS and posted at Nagpur as Director Elect. During his lifetime he had conceived and conceptualised the idea of "Injoria".. meaning light in darkness. He had many micro plans in his mind to be executed after retirement. He had dreamt of starting an NGO named INJORIA and materialise all the plans through and under it.
He passed away on 27th December, 2009, leaving behind his wife, Sobha Mishra, son Dr. Alok Kumar Mishra and daughter Dr.Rashmi Mishra. To perpetuate his memory, the core values he held and most importantly his dreams, the Injoria has finally seen the day light in 2011 and is being kindled by his family members, friends, and like-minded well-wishers.
